芳砜纶在耐高温过滤材料应用中性能的研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过对芳砜纶及芳砜纶滤料主要物化技术指标的试验研究和对比分析,针对耐高温芳砜纶滤料在高温烟气过滤中的应用特性进行了探讨。由试验结果可得,芳砜纶滤料具有突出的耐热性及良好的耐化学腐蚀性能,满足了滤料行业标准中对耐高温及耐腐蚀的专项技术要求,是一种耐250℃高温的新型袋式除尘器用过滤材料。
The application performance of PSA filter media in high temperature gas filtration is discussed in this paper.Through the main physical and chemical tests and analysis,the results show that PSA filter has outstanding high-temperature resistance and great chemical resistance so that it can meet the specific technical requirements of filter standard on high temperature and corrosion-resistant material.PSA filter is a new type of bag filter material working in 250 ℃ in the long term.
