摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了在东丽FDY设备上采用油辊上油方式直纺生产细旦FDY的工艺路线 ,并讨论了熔体输送条件、喷丝板的选择、纺丝温度、纺丝速度、冷却条件、拉伸条件、缓冷器的设置、上油条件等对生产细旦FDY的影响。通过适当调整工艺条件 ,采用油辊上油方式可制得质量较好的细旦FDY。
The direct spinning process of fine denier FDY with roller oiling was introduced. The effects of the process parameters,such as the temperature of melt transportation,spinning temperature,spinning velocity,quenching conditions,drawing conditions,selection of spinneret and the setting of quenching stage etc.were discussed.The fine denier FDY with good quality can be obtained by appropriately adjusting the production process.
