百万吨级精对苯二甲酸装置氧化过滤系统浅析
Analysis on the Oxidation Filter System of Megaton PTA Plant

摘要(Abstract):

以年产120万t精对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置氧化粗对苯二甲酸(CTA)过滤系统为基础,探讨了旋转真空过滤(RVF)系统及旋转压力过滤(RPF)系统的结构特点、系统配置,比较了RVF系统与RPF系统的一次性设备投资及操作运行费用。结果显示:RVF系统的一次性投资比RPF系统节省1 700万元,但其操作费用却高于RPF系统约1 000万元/a;综合设备投资、操作费用等情况,RPF系统在PTA装置氧化CTA过滤系统的应用相比RVF系统具有一定的优势。
Applications of rotary vacuum filter(RVF) system and rotary pressure filter(RPF) system in CTA process of 1.2 million tons per year PTA plant were discussed. The structural features, system configurations, equipment investment and operating costs of RVF and RPF system were compared, the results show that the investment of RVF system is 17 million yuan, less than that of RPF system. According to the overall investment and operations costs, RPF system in CTA process has some advantages.
