炭黑海岛超细长丝的开发
Development and Application of Carbon Black Sea-Island Superfine Fiber Filament

摘要(Abstract):

为了在后道生产海岛超细纤维麂皮绒时不用染料或者少用染料,减少染色污水排放,开发了可以替代本白色海岛超细长丝的炭黑海岛超细长丝。对造粒方法及纺丝工艺进行了讨论,结果表明:采用剪切漯合机,可以充分混合,得到色泽均匀的切片;复合纺丝时,控制好两种组分的纺丝温度、侧吹风速度、集束位置、上油率、卷绕速度等工艺参数,可以保证炭黑海岛超细长丝的质量。
In order to produce sea-island superfine fiber suede without dye or less dye, reduce the discharge of dyeing sewage, the carbon black sea-island superfine filament which can replace the white sea-island superfine filament was developed. The granulation method and spinning process were discussed. The results show that Luohe granulation can be fully mixed to obtain uniform chips. The quality of carbon black seaisland superfine filament can be guaranteed by controlling the spinning temperature, side blowing speed,collection position, oiling rate, winding speed and other technological parameters of the two components in composite spinning.
