摘要(Abstract):
对 β -羟基丁酸与 β -羟基戊酸共聚物 (PHBV)在毛细管中的流动性和流动过程中的热稳定性作了初步探讨。结果表明 :PHBV熔体流动性能很好 ,但对温度和停留时间非常敏感 ,在低温时 ( <1 85℃ )或高温停留较短时间 ,PHBV熔体是切力变稀流体 ;高温时 ( >1 90℃ )或低温停留较长时间 ,PHBV熔体便不再是切力变稀流体 ,这可能是由于PHBV熔体易热降解 ,而且降解后产物较复杂。
The rheological behavior and themo-stability of poly(hydroxybutyrate-co-hydroxyvalerat)(PHBV)are studied with INSTROLL3211 Rheometer. It is found that PHBV behaves shear thinning characteristic at certain experiment conditions. But its flow behavior becomes irregular and its apparent viscosity evidently decreases with prolongation of resident time when PHBV melt temperature is too high and the resident time of PHBV melt in the capillary. For example, flow behavior of PHBV becomes irregular when it stays 14 minutes in the capillary at 190℃.
