聚合器抽真空系统改造

摘要(Abstract):

由于环保要求,对原进口的尼龙66工业原丝后聚合器抽真空系统进行了改造,用水力喷射抽真空系统代替了原先的由燃煤锅炉生产的蒸汽喷射抽真空,并实现了对真空度的精确控制。介绍了新系统的工作特点、控制要求及其优越性。
According to environmental protection, the vacuum system of post polymerisation of imported nylon66 industrial yarn was modified. The boiler steam vacuum system was replaced by hydraulic jet vacuum system. And accuracy of vacuum degree was realized. The features, control requirements and superiority of the new system were introduced.
