摘要(Abstract):
采用熔体直纺工艺路线,引进先进的日本TMT Ati-MR/10卷绕机,成功开发出222 dtex/96 f有光三角多孔涤纶全拉伸丝(PET FDY)。为解决多孔三角异形PET FDY毛丝较多的问题,加长组件底座20 mm,设定侧吹风温度为23℃、速度为0.65 m/s,选用马努油嘴,集束点位置调整至1 260 mm,设定第一热辊温度为88℃、速度为1 850 m/min,卷绕速度为4 500 m/min,拉伸倍数为2.54,毛丝情况得到明显改善。
Using melt direct spinning process and advanced Japanese TMT Ati-MR/10 winding machine,222 dtex/96 f bright, trianglar and porous PET FDY has been successfully developed. The fuzz problem is obviously improved by lengthening the base of the spinneret assembly with 20 mm, setting side blowing temperature 23 ℃, speed 0.65 m/s, selecting Manu nozzle, adjusting the position of cluster point to 1 260 mm,setting GR1 temperature 88 ℃, GR1 speed 1 850 m/min, winding speed 4 500 m/min, drawing ratio 2.54.
