摘要(Abstract):
分别使用一步和二步熔融插层法,通过双螺杆挤出机制备了PET/PA6/蒙脱土(MMT)纳米复合材料。利用X-射线衍射、扫描电镜研究了蒙脱土在PET/PA6中的插层情况及PET、PA6的相容性,发现两种方法均可以使MMT在基体中达到纳米级分散,得到剥离型的纳米复合材料。对PET/PA6/MMT共混体系的可纺性及染色性作了比较。结果表明:PET/PA6/MMT组成为90/10/2的一次共混体系具有较好的可纺性,并具有良好的分散染料可染性。
PET/PA6/MMT nanocomposites were prepared by one-step and two-step melt-intercalation using a twin-screw extruder. The structure of nanocomposites was studied by X-ray diffraction and SEM. The results showed that montmorrinite layer was dispersed uniformly in nano-level in PET/PA6 matrix by both one-step and two-step processes. The spinnability and the dyeing propertities of PET/PA6/MMT nanocomposites were studied in detail. The results indicated that the composition of 90/10/2 PET/PA6/MMT had good spinnability, and the dyeing properties of PET/PA6/MMT were better than that of PET and PET/MMT.
