碳纤维增强塑料在体育运动器材中的应用研究

摘要(Abstract):

在体育产业的发展中,体育运动设施和健身器材的质量提升是体育经济发展的重点。传统的体育器材大多由木质或金属材料制作而成,存在质量重、价格高昂且用户体验感较差等问题。在碳纤维和塑料产业的技术支持下,为提高体育器材的综合性能,人们逐渐采用碳纤维增强塑料来制造体育器材。探讨了碳纤维增强塑料原理和优良性能,以及体育器材设计生产中碳纤维增强塑料的成型技术,并分析了碳纤维增强塑料在几种常用体育器材中的应用实例。
In the development of sports industry, the quality improvement of sports facilities and fitness equipment is the focus of the development of sports economy. Traditional sports equipment is mostly made of wood or metal materials, there are heavy quality, high price and poor user experience and other problems.With the technical support of carbon fiber and plastic industry, in order to improve the comprehensive performance of sports equipment, people gradually adopt carbon fiber reinforced plastic to manufacture sports equipment. The principle and excellent properties of carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP) and the molding technology of CFRP in the design and production of sports equipment are discussed. The specific applications of CFRP in sports equipment are analyzed.
