国内聚丙烯腈基碳纤维产业现状及发展建议Present Situation and Development Suggestion of Polyacrylonitrile-Based Carbon Fiber Industry in China

摘要(Abstract):
聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维已成为关系我国战略性新兴产业发展和国家安全的关键材料,从“十五”到“十三五”,在碳纤维禁运、国家高度关注以及投资冲动等多重因素刺激下,国内碳纤维快速发展。分析了国内PAN基碳纤维生产制备技术和产业现状,指出了国内PAN基碳纤维在技术成熟度、质量稳定性、自主创新能力、关键装备及关键配套材料国产化等方面存在的主要问题,给出了国产PAN基碳纤维发展建议,以期推进碳纤维产业持续健康发展。
PAN-based carbon fiber has become a key material for the development of strategic emerging industries and national security in China, in carbon fiber embargo countries high attention and investment impulse under multiple factors, domestic carbon fiber rapid development from the 10th Five-year Plan to the13th Five-year Plan. Technology and industry status of domestic PAN-based carbon fiber were analyzed.Main problems of domestic PAN-based carbon fiber in technology maturity, quality stability, independent innovation ability, localization of key equipment and supporting materials were pointed out. Then, the development suggestions of domestic PAN-based carbon fiber were given in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of carbon fiber industry.
