抗起球腈纶的纺丝工艺Spinning Process of Anti-Pilling Acrylic Fiber

摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了腈纶的起球机制。通过对腈纶纺丝工艺,如牵伸倍数及热定形压力的调整,最终确立了最佳的工艺参数。以最佳工艺生产的抗起球腈纶的抗起毛起球性为4.0级。
The pilling mechansim of acrylic fiber was introduced.By adjusting the spinning process,such asdraft ratio and heat setting pressure,the optimum processing parameters were certified.The pilling resis-tance of the acrylic fiber spinning under the optimum process reached 4.0 grade.
