无机粒子改性聚偏氟乙烯超滤膜的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)作为一种常见的超滤、微滤、渗透蒸发薄膜材料,具有优良的热稳定性、化学稳定性、疏水性及生物相容性等,在生物、医药等各个领域均表现出良好的应用前景。近年来,PVDF复合多孔膜的制备及应用成为材料界的研究热点,但由于PVDF材料具有较低的表面能,使其具有疏水性,存在过滤压力大、薄膜易受污染等问题,限制了其使用范围,因此需要对PVDF膜材料进行亲水改性。为此,在详细介绍PVDF结构及性能的基础上,总结了不同无机粒子改性PVDF复合多孔膜的最新研究进展,归纳了其常用制备方法及工艺,展望了PVDF复合材料的发展前景及研究方向。
As a common ultrafiltration,microfiltration,pervaporation film material,poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) has good thermal stability,excellent chemical resistance,hydrophobic and biocompatible.PVDF membranes are broadly applied in various fields such as biology,medicine.PVDF porous composite membranes have been attracting more and more attention and have become a research focus in the field of materials research recently.However,the low surface energy of PVDF material causes a series of problems such as hydrophobic property,large filtration pressure and easily contaminated,which limits the use of PVDF material.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the hydrophilic property of PVDF membrane.In this paper,based on the structure and properties of PVDF,the research progress of inorganic nanoparticles modified PVDF porous membranes was summarized.The preparation methods were introduced.The research prospects and possible applications of PVDF composite materials were discussed.
