尼龙66聚合物中痕量二氧化钛测试方法的改进

摘要(Abstract):

建立了一种快速测试尼龙66聚合物中二氧化钛含量的方法,采用蒸发皿代替坩埚增大受热面积、微波炉代替电炉加速溶解、优化操作流程等操作步骤,将测试时间由原来的300 min缩短至130 min,测试效率提高了56.7%。测试结果证明:微波溶解法与电炉熔解法不存在显著性差异,两种方法检验结果一致。
A method for rapidly testing the content of titanium dioxide in nylon 66 polymer was established.The evaporating dish was used instead of the crucible to increase the heating area, the microwave oven replaced the electric furnace to accelerate the test dissolution, and the operation process was optimized. The test time was shortened from the original 300 mins to 130 mins, the test efficiency increased by 56.7%. The test results show that there is no significant difference between the microwave dissolution method and the electric furnace dissolution method.
