摘要(Abstract)：

叙述了聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PTT/PET)复合纤维的特点,对纺丝牵伸一步法生产PTT/PET复合纤维的生产工艺进行探讨。生产结果表明:采用特性黏度1.2~1.3 d L/g的PTT和0.5 d L/g的PET切片,使用并列复合纺丝组件及三组热辊两步牵伸的纺牵一步法生产工艺,可以生产出品质优良、回弹高的PTT/PET三维卷曲弹性复合纤维。
The characteristics of the PTT/PET composite filament were introduced. The one-step productiontechnology of PTT/PET composite filament was discussed. The results of production show that PTT and PETchips, with instrinsic viscosities of 1.2~1.3 d L/g and 0.5 d L/g respectively, are used, and one-step spinningand drawing production process is carried out by using a side-by-side type spinneret plate of the spinningpack and three sets of hot rollers, thus good quality and high elasticity of self-helical three-dimensionalcrimp PTT/PET composite filament can be produced.
