摘要(Abstract)：

在10万t/a瓶级聚酯工业生产装置上,通过对原料配方和工艺参数进行调整和优化,批量生产出碳酸级聚酯瓶片。产品经吹瓶和性能评价试验,试生产的碳酸级聚酯瓶片满足碳酸饮料灌装要求,达到美国可口可乐公司认证标准。
On the 100 000 t/a bottle grade polyester industrial production equipment,batch of the bottle grade PET chip for carbonic acid beverage were produced by the adjustment and optimization of the formulations of raw materials and technical parameters.Through blowing and performance evaluation test, trial production of bottle grade PET chip for carbonic acid beverage meet the requirements of the carbonated beverage filling,and achieve the certification standards of the U.S.Coca-Cola Company.
