333 dtex无扭矩混纤涤纶低弹丝的生产工艺探讨

摘要(Abstract):

采用熔体直纺的半消光272 dtex/144 f和阳离子260 dtex/48 f涤纶预取向丝(POY)为原料,在HY-7DV S+Z型高速加弹机上生产333 dtex无扭矩混纤涤纶低弹丝。结果表明:采用特制的"双胞胎"假捻器,在较低的500~600 m/min拉伸速度下,变形温度和定形温度分别为170℃和150℃时,可生产优质、稳定的混纤丝。
Using melt direct spinning 272 dtex/144 f of semi-dull and 260 dtex/48 f of cationic PET POY as raw materials, 333 dtex torque-free combined polyester drawn textured yarns was prepared on HY-7 DV S+Z texturing machine. The results showed that the production was stable under the conditions as follows: special twins false twister, lower stretching speed of 500~600 m/min, texturing temperature of 170 ℃ and setting temperature of 150 ℃ etc.
