石墨烯改性黏胶纤维的制备及性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用共混法制备不同石墨烯含量的石墨烯改性黏胶纤维,对石墨烯改性黏胶纤维的力学性能、远红外性能和抑菌性能进行了研究。结果表明:与普通黏胶纤维相比较,石墨烯对黏胶纤维起到较好的基体增强作用;改性黏胶纤维具有优良的远红外功能和抑菌性能,远红外发射率达到0.88,抑菌率最高达到99%。
Modification of viscose fiber by graphene was prepared in different proportions by blending meth-od. The mechanical properties, infrared properties and bacteriostasis properties of the modified fibers werestudied. The results show that the modification of viscose fiber by graphene has a good matrix reinforce-ment, good far infrared function and antibacterial property compared with ordinary viscose fiber, which itsfar infrared emission rate reaches 0.88 and the highest antibacterial rate is up to 99%.
