流变法研究铜对Lyocell纤维纺丝原液热稳定性的影响Influece of Copper on the Thermal Stability of the Lyocell Fiber Spinning Solution

摘要(Abstract):
在N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)溶解纤维素制得Lyocell纤维的过程中,在纺丝液中添加金属铜粉,采用流变仪快速测定低剪切速率下纺丝原液的流变性,研究了纺丝原液热稳定性的问题。结果表明:随着温度的升高,纤维素降解加快;加入铜粉使得纤维素降解加剧;采用流变仪,可快速、简便、有效地测得纺丝原液的热稳定性。
Copper powder is added into the spinning solution of cellulose and N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide during the spinning of Lyocell fiber.The rheometer is used to determine fast rheology at the low shear rate.The thermal stability of Lyocell fiber spinning solution is studied.The experiments show that cellulose degradated faster with the temperature increasing and the addition of copper.Thermal stability of spinning solution is measured fast,simplely and effectively by the rheometer.
