纺丝组件问题在长丝生产过程中的探讨Discussion on Spinning Components in the Process of Filament Production

摘要(Abstract):
为提升组件上机成功率,对实际生产中的异常组件原因进行了分析与试验。结果表明:砂杯式圆形自密封类型组件单层网由90 mm改为91 mm,过滤效果好,熔体细流少;喷丝孔划痕、锈蚀、磨损会使板面漏浆,需制定标准及时报废;改变作业方式,可降低DIO类型组件漏浆的概率,从而提升组件上机成功率,提升生产满卷率。
To improve the success rate of components on-machine,the causes of abnormal components in actual production are mainly analyzed and tested.The results show that the single-layer mesh of sand cup circular self-sealing type component is changed from 90 mm to 91 mm,which has a good filtering effect and reduces the melt flow.The scratch,rust and wear of spinneret hole will cause the slurry to leak on the board surface,which shall be scrapped timely according to the standard.Changing the operation mode can reduce the probability of leakage of DIO type component,so as to improve the success rate of component on machine operation and the full roll rate of production.
