短纤维亲水性能测试——芯吸高度法

摘要(Abstract):

对短纤维亲水性能测试方法——芯吸高度法中试样规格、试样量及测试条件的确定过程进行了介绍,有利于对该测试方法的理解并提高测试操作规范性。在现行的行业标准和国家标准中,利用毛细效应原理对纤维样品进行亲水性能测试尚处空白。该方法的建立,为行业标准《涤纶短纤维亲水性(毛细效应试验法)和保水率试验方法》的制订提供了依据。
The determination process of sample size, sample amount and test conditions in staple fiber hydrophilicity test—wicking height method is introduced, which is helpful for understanding the test method and improving the test operation specifications. In current industry standards and national standards, there is still a gap in the hydrophilicity testing of fiber samples by capillary effect principle. The establishment of this method provides a basis for the formulation of the industry standard Test Method for Hydrophilicity(Capillary Effect) and Water Retention of Polyester Staple Fibers.
