石墨烯负离子改性聚酯纤维的制备及性能

摘要(Abstract):

采用圣泉集团生产的生物质石墨烯聚酯母粒为原料,通过与负离子聚酯母粒进行共混熔融纺丝,制备了石墨烯负离子改性聚酯纤维,并对其力学性能、抑菌性能、远红外性能及负离子释放量进行测试。结果表明:石墨烯负离子改性聚酯纤维的断裂强度为3.5 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为19.9%,沸水收缩率为8.7%,能够满足织造要求;对金黄色葡萄球菌、白念珠菌的抑菌率为98%,对大肠埃希菌的抑菌率为96%,抑菌效果显著;远红外辐射温升为2.0℃,远红外发射率为0.89,远红外功能优异;负离子释放量达到了6 010个/cm~3,具有明显的负离子保健功能且效果稳定持久。
In this study, the graphene anion modified polyester fibers were prepared by the composite meltspinning using the materials of the anionic polyester masterbatch and the biomass graphene polyester masterbatch produced by Shengquan Group. The mechanical properties, antibacterial properties, far infraredproperties and negative ion release were characterized. The results show that the breaking strength of graphene anion composite polyester fiber is 3.5 cN/dtex, the breaking elongation is 19.9% and the boiling water shrinkage is 8.7%, which could meet the weaving requirements properly. The antibacterial rates are higher than 98% for Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans, 96% for Escherichia coli, which indicatesgraphene anion modified polyester fibers have significant effect in antibacterial property. Far infrared emission rate is 0.89 and the fiber temperature rising caused by far infrared radiation is 2.0 ℃. The negative ionrelease rate reaches 6 010 pcs/cm~3 with a strong negative health care function and the effect is stable andlasting.
