玄武岩等几种高性能纤维的耐高温性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

选取聚酰亚胺(PI)纤维和芳纶1414与玄武岩纤维(BF)进行耐高温性能对比研究,分析3种纤维经过高温处理后的表面形貌、颜色、强度及韧性的变化。结果发现,经250℃以上的高温处理后,BF的颜色及表面形貌无明显变化,PI纤维在350℃条件下颜色稍微加深,而芳纶1414在250℃处理时就有明显的颜色变化,且纤维表面有融滴;250℃以上高温处理后的芳纶1414有明显的热重损失;350℃高温处理后,BF的强度保持情况较好;250℃以上温度环境,PI纤维的伸长损失较小。
PI fiber, aramid fiber 1414 and basalt fiber were selected for comparative study of high temperature resistance, and the changes of surface morphology, color, strength and toughness of the three fibers after high temperature treatment were analyzed. The results show that after high temperature treatment above250 ℃, the color and surface morphology of basalt fiber have no obvious change, the color of PI fiber is slightly deepened at 350 ℃, while aramid fiber 1414 has obvious color change at 250 ℃, and there are melt droplets on the fiber surface. After high temperature treatment above 250 ℃, the aramid fiber 1414 has obvious thermogravimetric loss. The strength of BF maintains well after high temperature treatment at 350 ℃.When the temperature is above 250 ℃, the elongation loss of PI fiber is small.
