降冰片烯与α-烯烃共聚物薄膜的性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

详细研究了共单体的含量和结构对降冰片烯(NB)与乙烯、丙烯、己烯、癸烯的共聚物的热性能、光学性能和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:每一组共聚物都具有可控的玻璃化转变温度;共聚物薄膜具有良好的透明性,透过率达到了90%左右,并且随着共单体侧链长度的增加而提高;共聚物的拉伸强度随着共单体含量的增大而降低,并随着共单体侧链长度的增加而提高。
The effects of the content and structure of comonomer on the thermal properties, optical proper-ties and mechanical properties of random copolymerization of norbornene and ethylene, propylene, butyleth-ylene and decene were studied. Each group of polymer had controlled Tgand good transparency. The copoly-mers showed high transmittance value of approximately 90%, of which value slightly increased with thelength of α-olefin. The tensile strength of copolymer films decreased with the increasing of comonomer con-tent, and increased with the increasing of the comonomers chain length.
