摘要(Abstract):
研究了精对苯二甲酸(PTA)中对羧基苯甲醛(4-CBA)和对甲基苯甲酸(PT酸)对聚酯(PET)生产的影响,结果表明:PTA中4-CBA主要对黏度、终缩聚真空度以及PET色值造成影响;PT酸会对PET装置的终缩聚真空度、PET分子质量造成较大影响。依据各项数据对比进行分析,提出减少4-CBA和PT酸对PET影响的措施,确保生产装置能够在稳定的真空条件下进行生产,提高效益。
The influence of 4-CBA and PT acid in PTA on polyester production is researched. The results show that 4-CBA in PTA mainly affects viscosity, vacuum and PET color value, and PT acid will have a great influence on the final polycondensation vacuum and molecular weight of polyester. Based on the comparison and analysis of various data, the measures to reduce the influence of 4-CBA and PT acid on polyester is proposed, the production unit can produce under stable vacuum conditions and the efficiency is improved.
