摘要(Abstract):

对由德国NEUMAG公司引进的5万吨/年/线涤纶短纤维装置的技术特点进行了分析,重点探讨了组件组装工艺、侧吹风工艺、上油工艺及前后纺工艺匹配等关键环节,认为该套装置工艺技术先进、控制稳定、产品质量优良。
This article focuses on analyzing the technique features of 50,000t/a/line polyester staple fiber plant imported from NEUMAG GmbH, Germany. The key sectors such as spin pack assembling, quench air, oil pick up as well as the process matching of spinning and fiber band line are discussed. The process of the plant is advanced, the control is stable and the product quality is fine.
