摘要(Abstract):
通过理论计算进行防护对象的初速度预估,结合弹道冲击试验确定防护层结构,在钢结构仿真模拟论证的基础上开发出新型芳纶软质移动防爆墙。在预估碎片初速度为66 m/s的情况下,确定出合适层数的芳纶无纬布防护结构,并设定可抵抗7级大风环境下的钢结构安装骨架,安装成型的芳纶软质移动防爆墙为实爆试验起到了良好的防护作用。
The initial velocity prediction of the protective object is carried out by theoretical calculation,and the structure of the protective layer is determined by the ballistic impact test. Based on the simulation and demonstration of the steel structure, a new type of aramid soft moving explosion-proof wall is developed. In the case of estimating the initial velocity of the debris of 66 m/s, the appropriate number of layers of aramid uni-directional fabric protection structure is determined, and the steel structure mounting frame can be set to resist the environment of level 7 gale. The aramid fiber soft moving explosion-proof wall which is installed has played a good protective role for the actual explosion test.
