氨纶废丝的回收再利用研究Study on the Recycle and Reuse of Polyurethane Fiber Waste

摘要(Abstract):
探讨了如何将氨纶废丝进行有效回收再利用的问题。选择二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作为溶剂,将氨纶废丝进行溶解,添加抗氧剂CY1790,得到均一的具备可纺性的原液,然后经过滤送至纺丝工序,通过正常干法纺丝工艺制成77 dtex、116 dtex、232 dtex氨纶丝。实验数据表明:成品丝的相关物理性能指标均达到国家标准。进一步说明在适当的工艺条件下,将氨纶废丝转化为可用的氨纶丝,具备可行性,可用于工业化生产,具有较好的研究价值和经济价值。
How to effective recovery and reuse of the polyurethane fiber waste is studied.The DMF is used as solvent.Through the dissolving and dry spinning process,the polyurethane fiber waste can be transferred into finished products(77 dtex、116 dtex、232 dtex).The results show that the polyurethane fiber waste can reproduced by this method.The physical properties of the finished products are all reached to the national standard.Recovery and reuse of the polyurethane fiber waste is worthy of study and has economic importance.
