摘要(Abstract):

聚乙烯醇(PVA)是一种含有大量羟基的线形大分子聚合物,羟基能形成大量的分子内和分子间氢键,使纯PVA的熔融温度高于其分解温度,使其难以熔融加工。主要介绍了PVA熔融加工的改性方法,并叙述了其研究和发展状况,指出开发可熔融加工PVA的现实意义。通过对PVA的改性,可以在一定程度上降低PVA熔融温度,实现熔融加工,这样可以提高PVA的产量。随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的日益提高,PVA的应用会越来越广泛。
PVA is a linear polymer with a lot of hydroxyl groups, the hydroxyl groups can form intra-molecular and intermolecular hydrogen bond, which makes the melting temperature of PVA higher than its decomposing temperature, so melt process of pure PVA is difficult. The main modification methods of melt processing of PVA and the present situation and progress of the study are introduced in this article. The practical meaning of developing melting-processable PVA is put forward. By means of modification to PVA, the melt temperature of PVA can be reduced, the melt processing of PVA is possible, which makes yield of PVA increase. With the development of the economic and the improvement of people's standard of living, this product will be more widely used.
