聚乙二醇共混改性聚乳酸纤维性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用聚乙二醇(PEG)共混改性聚乳酸(PLA),通过熔融纺丝的方法制备了PLA/PEG共混纤维,对共混纤维进行了热性能、结构、力学性能等测试,探讨了共混物的可纺性及其纺丝工艺,并研究了增容剂二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)对共混纤维稳定性的影响。研究发现:PLA/PEG共混物高温稳定性很差,添加增塑剂能改善其高温稳定性;力学性能测试得出,随着PEG含量增加,共混物的断裂伸长率显著提高,模量降低,强度降低;添加MDI后,共混纤维强度有所提升,断裂伸长率减小,但纤维仍具有一定的韧性。
Polyethylene glycol(PEG) was used to blend modified polylactic acid(PLA), and the PLA/PEG blend fiber was prepared by melt spinning. The thermal properties, structure, mechanical properties, etc were tested, the spinnability of the blend polymer and its spinning process were discussed, and the effect of the compatibilizer diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI) on the stability of blend fibers was studied. It was found that the high-temperature stability of PLA/PEG blends was poor, and adding plasticizer could improve the high-temperature stability. The mechanical properties test showed that with the increase of PEG content, the elongation at break of the blend fiber increased significantly, the modulus decreased, and the strength decreased. After adding MDI, the strength of blend fiber was improved and the elongation at break was reduced, but the fiber still had certain toughness.
