充填用涤纶短纤维保温率检测方式的改进

摘要(Abstract):

通过分析充填用涤纶短纤维的保温效果,确定采用平板式恒定温差方式检测保温率。根据实际检验中发现的各种技术问题,分别设计了多套方案进行试验比对。经过数据分析和现场情况观察,提出了改进保温率检测方式的建议:短纤维样品放入试样袋,试样袋尺寸应保证袋子鼓起后仍然可以覆盖住保护板;每组试样检测时,都做一次空白试验,并将空试样袋覆在热板上;在环境条件相对稳定时,尽快完成一组试样的检测。
The thermal insulation effect of polyester staple fiber for filling was analyzed,the constant-temperature-differential method of flat-plate type was adopted to detect the warm insulation ratio.According to the various technical problems found in the actual inspection,multiple sets of programs were designed to compare test results.After data analysis and on-site observations,suggestions were put forward to improve the insulation rate detection method.Staple fiber samples are placed in the sample bag,which size should ensure that the bag can still cover the protection-plate after popped up.A blank test must to be done,whenever testing a group of samples,while an empty sample bag covering on the hot-plate.When the environmental conditions are relatively stable,a group of samples is tested as soon as possible.
