1.33 dtex聚乳酸短纤维生产工艺探讨Deliberation on the Production Technology of 1.33 dtex Polylactic Acid Staple Fiber

摘要(Abstract):
在VC352-LHV431-903涤纶短纤维生产线上,通过对关键工序设备的改造和流程完善,分别以国产和进口的纤维级左旋聚乳酸切片为原料,对切片的干燥、熔融纺丝及后牵伸工艺进行了系列探索。结果表明:聚乳酸短纤维的熔融纺生产工艺与常规涤纶短纤工艺有明显不同,严格控制聚乳酸切片的干燥条件,选择适宜的纺丝温度、纺丝速度、后牵伸倍数及定形工艺是聚乳酸短纤维稳定生产的关键。
Reforming of the key process equipment and improving process of VC352-LHV431-903 polyes-ter fiber production line, using domestic and imported fiber grade L-PLA chip as raw materials separately,1.33 dtex polylactic acid staple fiber was produced. The production technology was explored concerning therotary drum drying, melt spinning and post drafting process. It is made a great difference of the productiontechnology between PLA staple fiber and conventional polyester staple fiber. Key factors for stable produc-tion of PLA staple fiber are including strictly controlled dry conditions of PLA chip, suitable spinning temper-ature, appropriating spinning speed, applicable post-extension multiple, and acceptable heat setting process.
