对苯二甲酸二甲酯与1,3-丙二醇的酯交换反应研究

摘要(Abstract):

研究了对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)与1,3-丙二醇(PDO)的酯交换反应,重点对反应的动力学模型以及不同的催化剂、催化剂浓度和不同的反应物配比对酯交换反应速度的影响作了探讨。结果表明该反应是一个三级反应,且该反应使用锌或钛催化剂时,在加入量为300ppm质量浓度下可以获得良好的催化效果。同时PDO与DMT的投料比为1.8。
This article studies the ester interchange reaction of dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and 1,3-propanedio(FDO),especially,the kinetics model and the influence of reaction condition such as the type of catalyzer, the content of catalyzer and the ratio between PDO and DMT on reaction speed. The result shows the reaction is a 3-grade reaction, and it could be attained the best result when the Zn or Ti catalyzer is used with the 300ppm quality concentration and the ratio between PDO and DMT is 1.8.
