摘要(Abstract)：

针对24头纺涤纶FDY纺丝特点,从生产工艺控制、设备改造及上油方式选择等多方面探讨染色影响因素,解决24头纺生产过程中存在的染色问题。
Be aimed at spinning characteristics of 24 ends polyester FDY,the effects of dyeing on the filament were discussed from production technology,equipment modification and oiling way,etc.The problems of dyeing cf the product was solved.
