再生聚酯瓶片料的连续干燥技术

摘要(Abstract):

针对聚酯(PET)瓶片料尺寸差异大、堆积密度小、流动性差、杂质含量高、初始含水量高低不一等特点,对再生瓶片料连续干燥设备和工艺作个性化改进和细化处理,将废旧PET材料的回收利用提升一个台阶,提高产品的附加值以获取更大的经济效益。通过对瓶片料的干燥原理,连续干燥设备与间隙干燥设备的对比,不同瓶片混合料的专用连续干燥设备要求的改进及连续干燥工艺的调整等4个方面作了阐述,以提升设备的节能降耗,提高产品的质量和价格,为企业获取更大的经济效益。
Aiming at big size difference,low bulk density,poor flowability,high impurity and uneven original moisture content of polyester flake,the personality transformation and detail management are made on the equipments and processes of regenerated polyester flake continuous drying to enhance the higher step of used polyester material recycle and increase product added value for bigger economic efficiency.Through comparison of flake drying principle,continuous drying equipment with batch dryer,the improvement of dedicated continuous drying equipments for different flakes blend material and adjustment of continuous drying processes are described in order to save energy and cut down consumption,elevate product quality and price,obtain better economic efficiency for enterprises.
