提高缝纫线型半光涤纶短纤维强度的工艺优化

摘要(Abstract):

缝纫线对涤纶短纤维的要求是强度高、伸长率低、热水洗涤后收缩率尽可能小。介绍了在天津石化10万t/a聚酯短丝装置上,利用现有设备生产1.33 dtex×38 mm半光缝纫线型涤纶短纤维的纺丝和后处理工艺技术特点,着重讨论了通过优化聚酯熔体黏度、纺丝温度、冷却条件、牵伸倍率以及热定形温度等工艺提高短纤维的断裂强度。
Requirements for sewing thread on polyester staple fiber are high tenacity, low elongation and shrinkage after hot water washing as small as possible. SINOPEC Tianjin Complex producing 1.33 dtex × 38 mm sewing thread type semi-dull polyester staple fiber and post treatment technology on the existing 100000 t/a polyester staple fiber spinning line are introduced. The optimum process of melt viscosity, spinning temperature, drawing rate and setting temperature to improve staple fiber tenacity is mainly discussed.
