除油纤维滤料亲水性及反洗再生能力的研究Study on Modification of Oil Absorbing Fiber Filter and Influence of Regeneration Rate

摘要(Abstract):
涤纶吸水性差、吸油性强,作为滤料处理含油废水时除油效果较好,但由于反洗再生困难,使用受到限制。为提高纤维的吸水性,以利于其再生,选取3种改性试剂进行纤维表面改性。分别比较了大分子结构亲水化、接枝共聚及亲水整理3种方法的不同改性效果,探讨了改性时间、改性温度及改性液浓度对纤维的亲水性及反洗再生能力的影响。
PET fiber was an excellent filter medium in the treatment of oil-containing wastewater.But the back washing and regeneration of the fiber filter was imperfect,the application was not extensive.In order to improve fiber's back washing ability,three reagents were chosen to modify the fiber and the results showed that one of them has outstanding modification effect.
