新型改性烟用聚丙烯纤维的结构和性能表征Structure and Physical Property of New Modified Polypropylene Fiber for Cigarette

摘要(Abstract):
为了提高聚丙烯纤维的吸附性能,采用热致相分离和共混纺丝方法制备了改性烟用聚丙烯纤维。用扫描电子显微镜和视频变焦显微镜观察了改性烟用聚丙烯纤维的形态结构,用纤维表面动态张力仪测定了其对水的接触角。研究表明:改性烟用聚丙烯纤维具有类似于醋酸纤维的结构形态,对水的接触角降低,纤维的极性增加,有利于提高其吸附性能。
In order to improve the adsorbability of polypropylene fiber, modified polypropylene fiber for cigarette was prepared by thermally induced phase separation and polyblending. The morphological structure was observed by scanning electron microscope and video-zoom microscope, and the contact angle to water was determined by dynamic tension meter. The results showed that the structure of modified polypropylene fiber was similar to acetate fiber, the contact angle of it decreased and the polarity increased. It was propitious to improve its adsorbability.
