聚酰胺66熔体直纺生产过程节能降耗的实践

摘要(Abstract):

对聚酰胺66熔体直纺生产过程控制进行深入分析,从聚酰胺66盐液、原辅材料质量控制及优化使用、公用工程介质、反应器尾气回收利用、关键工艺参数、设备维护保养、预防性措施等方面实施有效的管理和节能降耗措施,取得了良好的效果,为聚酰胺66纤维领域的绿色发展探索了一条新路。
The production process control of polyamide 66 melt direct spinning was in-depth analyzed, from the quality control and optimal use of polyamide 66 salt liquid and raw and auxiliary materials, public engineering medium, reactor tail gas recovery and utilization, key process parameters, equipment maintenance,effective management and energy saving measures were implemented, which achieved good results snd explored a new way for the green development of the polyamide field.
