摘要(Abstract):
热致液晶聚芳酯Vectran纤维是一种新型的高性能纤维。介绍了Vectran纤维的发展状况、熔纺制备和热处理技术,分析了Vectran纤维的结构特征,对比研究了其力学性能、热性能、耐化学性能、抗蠕变以及耐摩擦性能等,并列举了其主要应用范围。
Thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer(TLCP) Vectran fiber is a kind of high performance fiber.The development, melt spun and thermal treatment process of Vectran fiber are discussed. The structure ofVectran fiber is studied. And the mechanical property, thermal property, chemical resistance, creep andabrasion resistance propertied are analyzed. The main application of Vectran fiber is introduced briefly.
