锦纶6-涤纶混纺长丝花灰仿棉面料的开发The Development of PA6-PET Intermingled Filaments Color White Imitation Cotton Fabrics

摘要(Abstract):
采用77.8 dtex涤纶长丝为芯层,77.8 dtex锦纶6长丝为皮层,经空气交络变形工艺,形成177.8 dtex混纺空气变形丝(ATY)。对比了不同根数原丝制备的混纺纱线的性能及经织造、染色、后整理加工的面料的服用性能和风格差异,结果表明:由经纬向皆采用177.8 dtex锦纶6-涤纶ATY混纺纱织成的面料,通过锦纶6上色工艺,使布面呈现明显的花灰麻风格,手感类似于棉的柔软、舒适,且随着纤维根数增加,面料的仿真度提高。
77.8 dtex polyster and 77.8 dtex polyamide 6 fibers are used as raw materials, polyamide 6 fiberas layer, polyster fiber as core, the two of them are intermingled through the ATY process, and formed 177.8dtex ATY intermingled yarn. A comparison of different filament numbers of intermingled yarns on their mechanical properties, the taking performance and styles of fabrics which made by weaving, dyeing and finishing is made. Results show that intermingled fabrics made of 177.8 dtex polyamide 6-polyester ATY mixedfor both warp and weft can depict vivid color white style after dyeing only polyamide 6, also show a cotton-felt comfortable handfeel, and the handfeel elevated with the increasing of filament number.
