高密度聚乙烯中空纤维管的阿基米德旋线焊接技术

摘要(Abstract):

对于介入医疗中的导管,除了要求产品具有特殊的功能和生物相容性外,在储存和运输过程中还不能受到污染,需要特别的包装保护。采用电熔焊接的方式,将高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)盘管焊接成阿基米德旋线盘管用来包装导管。采用全因子DOE分析方法设计并研究了焊接过程中的焊接速度、压力和温度等因素对焊接强度和平整度的影响,得到满足要求的工艺条件。
The catheters for invasive medical are required not only the special functionality and goodbiocompability, but also make sure the process of free from contamination. So it needs special packageprotection. The coil catheter of high-density polyethylene(HDPE) in Archimedes' screw-type is prepared byelectrofusion welding, which is applied to package the catheters. Full factorial test is adopted to study weldingspeed, pressure and temperature influencing on the welding strength and planeness of coil catheter, and theoptimal welding parameters are got.
