摘要(Abstract)：
通过对ICBTFTF-12E3加弹机的假捻器聚氨酯盘进行改造,特别是将原先的6mm聚氨酯摩擦盘改为9mm盘,优化了加弹工艺,从而达到提高DTY后加工速度,降低加工成本的目的。
The modification was made on false-twist friction PU disks of FTF-12E3 from ICBT. The diameter of PU disk was changed from 6 mm to 9 mm, enabling to increase prcessing speed of DTY machine and reduce production cost.
