摘要(Abstract):

在对传统的液态水在织物中的扩散面积的测试方法——手动测试法进行分析的基础之上,结合数字图像处理技术,提出了织物导湿性能测试仪的设计原理和组成。通过合理的硬件配置和应用程序设计,所研制的仪器能准确、快速地测定液态水在织物中的扩散和传导性能,测试结果重现性好,为扩散面积的测定提供了方便、可行、可信的科学测试方法。
The design principle and constitute of the moisture-transmitting tester are put forward by combining the traditional method and image-analysis techniques together. With suitable hardware and software applied, the apparatus can measure the diffusing and transmitting properties of moisture in fabric quickly and accurately. The apparatus provide a convenient and reliable way to measure the moisture-transmitting properties of fabric.
