经PTA法合成抗起球阳离子染料易染聚酯的研究

摘要(Abstract):

对按PTA法工艺路线共聚制备抗起球阳离子染料易染聚酯的小试进行了研究。结果表明,采用在缩聚前加入抗起球剂的方式,控制醇/酸投料物质的量比为1.4:1、酯化压力0.24MPa,缩聚温度280℃以下,可以合成出切片质量良好的抗起球阳离子染料易染聚酯切片。
The co-polymerization process of anti-pilling cationic dyable polyester by PTA routine were developed.The results showed that anti-pilling cationic dyable polyester chips with well properties were synthesized by using the addition of anti-pilling agent before polycondensation,EG:PTA 1.4:1,esterification pressure 0.24 MPa.
