丙烯腈与丙烯酸混合介质悬浮聚合工艺研究STUDY ON AN-AA SUSPENSION COPOLYMERIZATION IN H_2O/DMF

摘要(Abstract):
以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,聚乙烯酸(PVA)为分散剂,研究了丙烯腈与丙烯酸在水和二甲基甲酰胺混合介质中的自由基悬浮共聚合反应.考察了单体浓度、引发剂浓度、分散剂浓度、反应温度和时间等对共聚反应的影响.分别用称重法和乌氏粘度计测定了反应的转化率和产物的相对分子质量.用IR、DSC和TG对产物的结构和性能进行了表征.研究表明,最佳的反应条件是:总单体浓度30%,AIBN占总单体浓度1%,PVA占0.1%,反应温度为60℃,时间为2h.
Free - radical suspension copolymerization of acrylic acid and acrylonitrile is carried out in H2O/DMF at definite temperature using azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as the initiator and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as dispeisant. The effects of concentration of monomer, initiator and dispeisant, reaction temperature and time on copolymerization are studied. Hie conversion rate of the polymerization and the relative molecular weight of the product are determined by weight method and Ubbelodhe viscosimeter respectively. The structure and properties of the polymer are characterized by IR,DSC and TG. The ideal copolymerizing condition is the concentration of AIBN and PVA of 1 % and 0.1%, respectively, at 60℃ with reaction time about 2 hours when the concentration of monomer is 30% .
