摘要(Abstract):
探讨如何利用现有熔体直纺涤纶常规生产线条件,通过柔性化技术改造和工艺条件优化措施,组织生产涤纶超细旦全拉伸丝(FDY)的工艺技术。以生产超细旦涤纶22 dtex/24 f FDY为例,探讨通过熔体质量和管路流量控制、输送条件选择、计量泵油泵选型、冷却条件控制、拉伸成形等工艺条件优化,柔性化生产高品质涤纶长丝超细旦产品,满足后加工工序产品技术要求和织物风格需求。
How to use the existing melt direct spinning polyester conventional production line conditions and organize the production of polyester superfine denier FDY technology by means of flexible technological transformation and optimization of technological conditions was discussed. Taking the production of superfine denier polyester FDY 22 dtex/24 f as an example, the flexible production of superfine denier products of high quality through the optimization of melt quality and pipeline flow control, transportation condition selection, metering pump and oil pump selection, cooling condition control, stretch forming and other process conditions were discussed, and the technical requirements and fabric style requirements of postprocessing products were met.
