摘要(Abstract):

对影响生产145 dtex/144 f高强低缩细旦涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)纤维的工艺条件进行了探讨和研究,当聚酯熔体特性黏度为0.65 dL/g、熔体输送温度为283~285℃、熔体冷却器温度为276~278℃、纺丝箱体温度为293℃、卷绕速度为4 200 m/min、热辊拉伸比为3.0、热定形温度为180℃时,能够稳定生产出断裂强度为4.8 cN/dtex、断裂伸长率为22%、沸水收缩率为3.1%的涤纶高强低缩细旦FDY,满足细分市场不同客户特定产品的需求。
The processes of 145 dtex/144 f high strength and low shrinkage polyester FDY were discussed and researched. When polyester intrinsic viscosity was 0.650 d L/g, melt conveying temperature was 283~285 ℃,melt cooler temperature was 276~278 ℃, spin beam temperature was 293 ℃, winding speed was 4 200 m/min, hot roll draw ratio was 3.0, heat set temperature was 180 ℃, the high strength and low shrinkage polyester FDY with breaking tenacity 4.8 cN/dtex, elongation at break 22% and shrinkage in boiling water 3.1% was produced steadily, which could satisfy the needs of segment market.
