芳纶Ⅲ单向复合材料制备及性能研究Study of Preparation and Characteristics of Aramid Ⅲ Unidirectional Composite Material

摘要(Abstract):
用湿法缠绕法制备了芳纶Ⅲ-环氧树脂单向复合材料,对其拉伸性能、压缩性能、弯曲性能及层间剪切性能进行了研究,并对比了Kelvar-49、芳纶1414单向复合材料的相关性能。试验结果表明:含有杂环结构的芳纶Ⅲ不仅基本力学性能较优,其单向复合材料的拉伸性能、压缩性能、层间剪切性能都优于不含有杂环结构的Kelvar-49和芳纶1414,尤其体现在拉伸性能上。
In this paper, the Aramid Ⅲ with epoxy resin unidirectional composite material was produced bywet winding method. The composite material was conducted for the research about its tensile property, com-pression performance, bending performance and interlayer shear performance, which was compared with therelated properties of the unidirectional composites for the Kevlar 49 and Aramid 1414. Test results showedthat the Aramid Ⅲ containing heterocyclic structure had a better basic mechanical property, the tensileproperty, compression performance and interlayer shear performance of the unidirectional composite materi-als were better than that of Aramid 1414 and Kelvar 49 without heterocyclic structure, especially for the im-provement of tensile property.
