PTT纤维高速纺两级拉伸设备及技术的研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)纤维强度低、应用领域窄的问题,研制出两级拉伸国产化的设备,介绍了熔体管路、纺丝箱体、联苯循环系统、上油装置、侧吹风装置、纺丝组件、喷丝板等设计要求,并讨论了相关纺丝工艺。用该设备成功生产出了高品质的PTT长丝。
In order to solve the problem of low tenacity and narrow application area of PTT fiber, the two-drawing domestic equipment was developed. The designs of melt tube, spin beam, diphyl cycles, oiling de-vice, cross air blow device, spinneret pack and spinneret were discussed. The spinning process was also dis-cussed. The high quality PTT was produced by this domestic equipment successfully.
