摘要(Abstract)：
针对FDY卷绕车间普遍存在的环境油烟问题,对现有主/预网络器和热箱、机台环境风管以及空调回风系统部分结构进行调整和改进,减少油烟的扩散,增强油烟的回收效果。最终通过一系列改进措施,有效降低了空气中的油烟浓度,车间环境明显改善。
In order to solve the problem of oil fume in FDY workshop, the structures of IL/MN device, GR box, machine environment air duct and air return system of air conditioner are adjusted and improved to reduce the spread of oil fume and improve the recovery effect of oil fume. Finally, through a series of improvement measures, the concentration of lampblack in the air is effectively reduced, and the workshop environment is obviously improved.
